Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Manna, including the mobile application, mannareward.com and related services (the “Service”). Manna is operated by AWG. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age requirement — 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Manna account. Manna is not intended for minors.

During registration, sign-in or account creation, Manna may require you to affirm that you are 18 or older through a checkbox, confirmation modal, confirmation screen, button or similar explicit mechanism. By accepting such confirmation and continuing, you represent that you satisfy this requirement.

For account creation through supported third-party authentication providers, including Google or Facebook, Manna may request an additional age confirmation before creating a new Manna account. False confirmation or circumvention may result in restricted or terminated access.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and appropriate security of your credentials and devices. You must not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

3. Points and rewards

Manna may allow eligible users to earn points, credits or similar in-service units (“Points”) through missions, offers, games, advertisements, referrals, promotions and other eligible interactions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Points are not cash, deposits, stored monetary value, cryptocurrency or ownership interests. They may not be sold, transferred or used outside methods expressly provided by Manna. Rewards, conversion rates, requirements, limits, providers and availability may change.

4. Reward claims

Requests may be subject to eligibility, balance verification, limits, availability, security controls and fraud review. We may delay, reject, reverse or investigate transactions where reasonably necessary to address errors, abuse, duplicate activity, technical/provider failures or Terms violations.

5. Games and sports experiences

Manna may provide mini-games, sports-related experiences, predictions or other activities using Points or in-service rewards. Unless expressly stated otherwise under a separately lawful feature, Manna does not present these experiences as real-money gambling and does not represent ordinary Manna Points as cash wagers.

6. Offers and third parties

Manna may display rewarded advertising, third-party offers, downloadable games, links or external content. Rewards may depend on successful completion and validation. Third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies and eligibility requirements.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not manipulate Points or rewards, falsify events, use bots or unauthorized modifications, exploit bugs, coordinate accounts to circumvent limits, interfere with security, impersonate others or use Manna for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity.

8. Availability and changes

Manna is evolving. Features, games, offers, rewards, point values, limits and integrations may be introduced, modified, suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Intellectual property

Manna branding, software, interfaces and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, material violations, reward abuse or protection of the Service.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature, offer, reward or third-party integration will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AWG and Manna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. International use and applicable law

Manna may be available in multiple countries. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use. These Terms are intended to operate on a neutral, international basis and do not waive mandatory statutory protections. Applicable law and competent forum for unresolved disputes will be determined according to applicable legal rules and mandatory rights in the relevant jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as Manna, our business or applicable requirements change. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or other reasonable means.
